-School  established during the year 1924 near the  Mahalingeshwar Temple Badaje in a shed. During 1972 school shifted  now  situated school area. Badaje and Machampady feeding areas of this school.Nearly 200 pupils studying during the year 1985 to  1995 afterwards strength of pupils decreased.  Malayalam and Kannada medium classes during this period. But now Kannada medium only . There is no bus facility. Most of the pupils reach the school by walk. Pre Primary section started during the year 2015 by the help of P T A . Education Department honoured Best P T A  Award 2015-16 to this school
