The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face. It is impossible to know exactly what the future pattern of covid-19 disease .Because it seems that the only predictable aspect of this pandemic is that it has been unpredictable. Pandemic is not a word to use lightly or carelessly .It is a word that,if misused,can cause unreasonable fear or unjustified acceptance that the fight is over,leading to unnecessary suffering and death.
