" Future is female " Empowering women is extremely important. They can build up their dreams according to their impulse. Empowerment stems from self respect and the ability for women to enjoy their right to control and benefit. But still there is problems that are faced by the women. Such as gender inequality, lack of women in position of power, patriarchy, sexism, racism, economic unequality, acess to equal opportunity and sexual harrasment etc. We can abolish these problems by taking certain strong actions legally and by treating both sexes equally, making certain learning material do not discriminate any individual or groups etc. And the main factor to empower women is to give a proper education. By education they can attain self confidence, intellect and helps to build an opinion in a point of view. But still there are 573 million women and girls world wide intellect . It clearly shows that there is childern who can't able to get a conventional education. It maybe because of poverty, discrimination or by theologies. Nowadays, the other most controvered topic is 'Feminism'. The theory feminisim clearly means the political,economic and social equality of the sexer. But in some instance, the word 'feminism' is misunderstood by the people with illicit ideologies , Some are patriarchal and in some places feminism are misapplied by the women itself. According to India , Our country holds a terrible flashback and oppressed many rights of women, including basic human rights of women , including discrimination etc. But after the British rule there was revival of interest in women education in India by some various socio-religious movements that were led by eminent persons like Raja Ram Mohan Roy , Iswara Chanrdra Vidyasagar , Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Periyar and Baba Saheb Amebedbar. These leaders also supported the chance of education for low castes. Savitir Bhai Pbule was an Indian social reformer , educationalist and she is the first female teacher of India. She played an important role on improving women’s right in India. Savitibhai Pbule and her husband founded one of first Indian girls school. She regarded as an important figure of the social reformer and as the mother of the Indian Feminism. Women empowerment is needed more than ever. India is amongst the countries which are not safer for women. There are various ways we can empower women simply by the cooperation individual and government. Education for girls can bring a major changes in our society. And we need more personalities like Malala Yousafzai, Kiran Bedi,Savitribhai Phule,Anne Frankand so on ... Let the women lead and live. Let she make a great change .
