Cleanliness or hygiene Personal hygiene and cleanliness are important things in our day to day life. Without hygiene or cleanliness one could fall ill. So it is important to keep personal hygiene and surrounding places clean. As a social creature it is our duty to keep ourselves and surrounding places clean. It is important to keep personal hygiene to prevent communicable diseases or viruses that spread through contact or air. Wash our hands and face thoroughly with soap and water whenever we return from somewhere. The first place we learn to keep hygiene is from home. Educational institutions such as schools, colleges, tution centres, etc... Should be able to make aware the young generation about the advantages of keeping cleanliness and also about the dangers that comes when we fails to keep cleanliness.
