Hello guys, I am Sam Albert. I am studying in 9th. Today is my chemistry exam. As we all know the big phenomena Corona, the COVID 19 , virus is spreading all over the world.
“Sam it's getting late”
“yeah mom I am coming”
Let's discuss this topic later. Now if I don't go to my mom, she will definitely come here with a cane. That's horrible.
“Sam did you got ready?”
“Yes mom”
“Sam, listen, wash your hands at the moment you reached school and avoid group talks with your friends.”
“But mom I want to talk to them”
“Sam understand, now a day's situation. If now you get close to others, you can't become close in future. So keep this in mind.”
“OK mom, I'm leaving”
Now this is the situation in every home.I know mom said this for my good. Anyway I have to concentrate in my exams.
And guys, now examination is over. It was really nice. I came back to home. I felt very sad for not talking to my besties. But I know this is essential now.
“Mom, I'm home.”
“Oh! Sam, how was your examination?”
“It's really nice mom.”
“Go and wash your hands with soap or hand wash and change your uniform.”
“OK, mom.”
“Mom, what's the news?”
“your exams have postponded. The situation in our country is getting worse.”
“But mom I think our state is safe.””We can trust in that statement. But we also have to take precautions.”
“Mom, tell me what's the reason for this.”
“Son, the main reasons are our bad habits and unhygienic manner of living.”
“Mom I think immunity power is also a reason”
“Yes son, we can't survive any illness without immunity power.”
“Mom, what are the steps that can be used to maintain our personal hygiene?”
“These are the steps:
- use chappals
- wear proper and hygienic clothes
- close your nose with towel or tissue paper while sneezing or coughing.”
“Sam hygiene and our health is interrelated. This is like the two sides of a coin.”
“Mom, I think our food and surroundings are not clean now. This is the key reason of COVID19. Through hygienic practice we can prevent corona.”
“Sam, have you washed your hands?”
“No mom. I'm going.”
“You have to wash your hands in regular intervals. Listen child 'Prevention is Better Than Cure'.”
Moral of the story: Proper hygienic practice and increasing the immunity power can defeat any kind of illness.
