Covid' 19       In December 2019,a respiratory infectious disease named corona virus or covid 19 occurred in Wuhan, in China. This disease has spread rapidly from Wuhan to other regions of China. In March 17,2020,a total of 80,881,had caused this disease in China. On January 3,2020,corona virus was identified in a bronchial alveolar lavage fluid sample from a patient in Wuhan and confirmed to be the cause of covid 19. After some days Kerala has also been caused by the corona virus. Kerala government had made restrictions to control this disease. Instructions to be done: 1)Use mask. 2)Cover your mouth during sneezing. 3)Stay at home. 4)Avoid touch anything of public contact. 5)Avoid public programmes. 6)Avoid direct contact with sick persons. The patients clinical manifestations included fever, unproductive cough, dyspnea, myatagia, fatigue, normal or decreased white blood cell count and imaging evidence of pneumonia. Whole systemic analysis showed that the corona virus is from beta corona virus associated with human severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome, which was officially named"SARS -COV-2".Although the origin of "SARS-COV-2"is still being investigated, current evidence suggests it was transmitted to human beings. Currently there are no specific treatments or vaccines for covid 19. In the study, the clinical data of 116 hospitalized covid-19-confirmed patients were analyzed, and the effects of "SARS-COV-2"infection on renal function were exploded.
