CORONA or COVID-19 CORONA or COVID-19 originated in the month of December 2019 in a small town named Wuhan in China. Corona is a virus said to identified first in bats. From there directly or indirectly it reached human beings. Corona virus is having a "spike' like organ on its surface with which it enters into the cells of human body. Corona cannot live independently. Corona should need a "host" for its living.. This virus looks like wearing a crown.In Latin language, Corona means crown. That is why this virus is known as Corona.When Corona virus enters in to the body, after few days, the affected person will have cough, fever and running nose. If these symptoms are not decreased, after on week the patient should be tested for Covid-19. If the result is positive, then the patient should be send to quarantine for minimum 14 days. Spreading of this virus can be stopped by maintaining social distancing and washing hands properly with soap for minimum 20 seconds. Everybody should use face mask as a preventive measure against Corona virus. The Kerala state government is giving so much importance to prevent and stopping the spread of Corona virus. It is a testing time for us that we should obey and follow the instructions given by the government to escape from Corona virus.
