HEALTH IS WEALTH Hi Anu!What's today's special?Is it the same avial and sambar?Arun mocked at Anu during the lunch time.Anu looked at Arun and smiled.Yes dear,I like it very much.All students laughed at Anu.But Anu had his lunch happily.Anu belonged to a poor family.His parents were farmers.They grew vegetables,fruits etc in their limited land.Anu helped his parents. He was happy to have them.He never ate unhealthy food.So he was very healthy. On the otherhand Arun belonged to a rich family.His parents were business people.They lead luxurious life.They bought their son pizza, burgers, noodles etc.Arun liked them very much. It became his habit to eay junk food.He had unhealthy food habits.'Here are some fresh spinach and tomatoes. One day Anu gave vegetables from his farm to Arun. But Arun told Anu that he didn't like vegetables and asked Anu to give them to the goats or cow.I've some pizza and have it.He said. But Anu didn't eat it because he knew it was unhealthy food, but all other students in the class ate it. One night Arun vomited and his temperature became very high.His mother took him to the hospital. His mother thought that he had food poison but the doctor informed that that he had cancer. Arun’s mother was very sad and upset. The doctor said that it was because of his bad food habit. the cancer. Over use ofJunk food and bakery food cause many health problems.The chemicals added to get aroma and taste are poisonous and lead to many severe diseases.His mother cursed herself.She said she was responsible for her son's bad condition.Arun's father also cried bitterly. Everyone prayed for Arun’s recovery.Arun's chemo had over. He began to recover his health.Anu often visited him .He gave fresh vegetables from his farm. Arun changed alot .He liked spinach curry and vegetable dishes.Arun's mother also began to cultivate vegetables in her field.Anu's family helped them by supplying seeds and seedlings.They supplied fresh vegetables to the nearby houses also .Arun began to go to school .He advised all to include vegetables and fruits in their diet and avoid tin food .
