Hygiene
Hygiene is the hallmark of perfect standards and best quality of conscience. A saying goes that cleanliness is next to godliness. We must keep ourselves and surroundings neat and clean. Cleanliness is an important part of hygiene. It includes a number of steps that should be practised in our lifestyle to prevent the spreading of disease causing organisms. Thus cleanliness is not a work which we should do forcefully. It is a good habit that makes our lifestyle healthy.
Personal hygiene should be practised from the childhood. Hygiene should be taught to kids from a young age and it should be initiated by parents. Since they are kids first teacher and it is their first and foremost responsibility to teach their kids hygiene and make sure that they follow and practise it. Practising hygiene is very important in our life. Good hygiene is equal to two-thirds of better health. Since, when one has good hygiene he will keep himself and his surroundings clean and the chances for that person to get ill is minimized to the lowest level. Personal hygiene includes the daily routine of taking a shower, brushing teeth daily, combing hair, cleaning ears, eyes, nails and wearing clean clothes, socks, shoes etc. Good hygiene not only improves our physical health but also mental health. Since it improves our self esteem, self respect .
On the other hand if we are unclean in our body, mind or soul we can achieve nothing physically, mentally or spiritually. It is obvious that nobody likes can unclean child or adult but will definitely be a favourite person for pathogens. So, it is in your hands to decide that should be we be liked and admired by humans or pathogens. It all depends on your choice. Hence, makes the right choice!!!
