Aptitude test
Aptitude test of 2023-26 batch was conducted on June 13 for 78 students in 21 systems. 77 children wrote the aptitude test. One children were absent. Result uploaded in LKMS system. The exam included various questions in IT technology general knowledge, animation and programming sections. 40 children received section.

Summer Camp
2024 April 1 and 4 Summer Camp Program [ edit | edit original ]
Under the leadership of Little Kites IT Club, an Summer Camp program was organised for the Little kite Students of S.A.T High School Manjeshwara. In the summer Camp Animation , Scribes and Video Editing was organised. A training was organised to create a Animation within five minutes ,Digital Magazine and Video Editing using free software's such as Open Toonz, Scribes and Kdenlive . Little Kites Master Kiran Kumar and Little Kites Mistress Sushma Bangera G took the class. Summer Camp for Little Kite Student by focusing on Animation , Digital Magazine and Video Editing.
Artists in the paddy fields
S.A.T.Highschool Manjeshwara. in kasaragod District. A paddy field visit was organized on July 3, 2024 to provide a unique experience to Little Kites students of the 2023-26 batch of in School. The program was planned with the aim of creating awareness about new farming practices.

On July 13, 2024, our school hosted a Mobile App Creation program where students created various apps like music shakers, calculators etc and proposed innovative gaming ideas.
Election 2024
In Manjeshwar SAT School, school elections were conducted innovatively using new software. Students actively participated in the election which started from submission of nomination papers to election campaign and election results. The selection process of each class leader was done through Sammati App, and the class leaders elected the school leader. Little Kite students collaborated. School Headmaster Surekha Mallya announced the results of school leaders. The school social science teacher presided over the election.
As part of Little Kite, the students installed the software and carried out the election process from start to finish. Little Kite students joined the teacher in each classroom.
The new model election system not only brought refreshment to all the children but also expressed their appreciation for the current election system.

Capturing Campus Chronicles: Little Kites’ Digital Showcase
The Little Kites students document every school activity as news, edit it using Kden Live software, and upload the final video to YouTube at the end of each month.
UBUNTU GRAMA PROJECT
Little Kites students conducted a door-to-door campaign to raise awareness about Ubuntu software and organized installation sessions for those interested.
SCHOOL WORKSHOP
IT-Based Workshop at SAT Educational Institution
On the occasion of the centenary celebrations of Shri Math Anantheshwara Temple Schools, a two-day IT-based workshop was inaugurated at SAT School under the joint sponsorship of the school’s Little Kites and Team Shastra. The event was presided over by CA Sunil Bhat, Chairman of the School Centenary Committee. The workshop was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by District Education Officer Dinesh V, who spoke about how Kerala's education system has become high-tech and how such workshops strengthen the technological skill development programs in public educational institutions. These programs aid in the overall development of students for their future stages in life. He wished for the centenary celebrations to remain ever-memorable and mentioned that the introduction of digital surveys for students would take place in the coming days.
Kasargod District IT Coordinator, Roji Joseph, spoke at the event and launched the SAT Educational Institution’s YouTube news channel. He expressed appreciation for the district-level award won by the school in the state division and wished them success in achieving a state-level award in the coming academic year. Mehul Kini, head of Team Shastra, provided details about the two-day workshop.
The dais was graced by Prashant Pai, Treasurer of Shri Math Anantheshwara Temple, School Manager Prashant Hegde, Higher Secondary Principal Suman Ail, School Headmistress Surekha Mallya M, Abdul Basheer B, President of the PTA's Higher Secondary Division, Vice President Ayesha, and member Ibrahim, all of whom conveyed their well-wishes. Little Kites students led the prayer, while Beena, representing the Centenary Welcome Committee and a teacher at the school, extended a warm welcome. Shanteri Shenai, a teacher and Centenary Committee member, concluded with a vote of thanks.

On the occasion of Sat School's Centenary celebration, the Little Kites students were stationed at the help desk, offering information about the competitions, their venues, and food arrangements to teachers and students from visiting schools.

School level camp
The School Level Camp of Little Kites Batch 2023-26 of S.A.T Higher Secondary School, Manjeshwara, kasaragod District was held on 7th October 2024 at the School IT Lab. Resourece Person Sri Lakshmeesha(S.V.V.H.S.S Miyapadvu) ,Kite masters Kiran Kumar and Sushma Bangera G led the school level camp which was inaugurated by Headmistrss Smt. Surekha Mallya M at 10 am. The camp was organized based on a special curriculum prepared by Kite. The camp was held in designing and programming categories. This year's camp was led by school S.V.V.H.S.S Miyapadvu Kite masters Sri Lakshmeesha from other schools. The attendance of all the members who participated in the camp was recorded in the online management system on the same day. Activities in the camp were organized based on the main team called Onam. A sumptuous lunch was prepared for the students. In the afternoon the skills and interests of the students were developed through the programming section.
Purposes
Taking Onam as the main theme, activities in the camp were planned. The main activities in the camp were creating audio beats suitable for Onam celebrations using Scratch, designing computer games based on Onam, making animated gif images using OpenToons animation software and making promotional videos.
The act of preparing audio beats
The camp started as an activity to gain an understanding of the technique of percussion instruments. Prepared audio beats related to Onam celebrations using Rhythm Composing software in Scratch.
Animated pictures
Students made animated pictures with Onam wishes. The images included a parrot swinging on a swing tied to a tree branch against a floral background, and the words Happy Onam. OpenToons software was used to create simple animated messages. Students were fascinated by the possibility of changing the parrot's position and size while animating it. They found the process of resizing the image and completing the image very interesting.
Promotional videos
Promotional videos help to quickly capture ideas in the audience. The work in this section was completed in two phases. First a promotional video related to Onam was made. Later various assignments were done.
Students made an animated video based on Onam celebration with background music. Students are introduced to the basic options in the menu bar. Students learned how to rotate the background image showing the sun, arrange the images in rows, make the clouds move and show behind the trees, capture the image, animate the elephant, repeat the image, view the animation using the play button, and save the image.
Onam Pookali - Game
The students completed the game 'Poovepoli Poove' in four stages. All the files required for the training were already copied on the students' computers.
Objectives
The objectives of this activity were to develop students' logical thinking, to develop aptitude in programming and to assess their ability in visual programming.
Game
Two people together played a computer game on a laptop. The game included two flower fields, a sprite win message, etc. At each stage students completed the activities by themselves. The teachers taught the students how to use scratch codes and costumes. All afternoon activity was done using Scratch Three software.
Codes in softwares, how to add costume, how to prepare label, random appearance of flowers, color change of flowers, flower field that changes according to getting flowers, all related to this how to add codes, label to wear message, how to add background images, etc., aroused more interest in the students. Students were also given assignments related to programming animation categories. Subdistrict selection is done based on students' participation in the camp and completion of assignments.

The importance of cyber parenting training in today's digital world cannot be overstated. This training equips parents with the essential knowledge and skills to protect their children from various online threats, including cyberbullying, online predators, and exposure to inappropriate content.
