POEM In morning's tender light, the day unfurls A canvas bright with promise , softly swirled The sun ascends with golden, hopeful rays, To paint the world anew in vibrant hues. A walk through streets where echoes softly tread, Where dreams and whispers in the air are wed. Each step a story, each glance a fleeting scence, In this half-day tale , where life feels keen . Noon arrives with bustling , lively cheer , In crowded markets , voices draw near . Time dances on in fleeting , hurried grace , As shadows stretch and moments quicken pace. Afternoon's embrace , a quiet spell , Where solitude and solace gently dwell . Reflections linger in the fading light , And memories weave through the waning bright. As dusk descends and colours gently fade , The day's half-story in our heart is laid.
