ENVIRONMENT ENVIRONMENT Environment is the sum total of conditions in which an organism has to survive or maintain its life process. It can be living or non- living. It includes physical, chemical and other natural process. Environment is a major resource for life. We get water, oxygen, energy etc from the environment. So we should protect the environment. That way we can protect our 'Mother Earth '. Human impact the physical environment in many ways such as pollution, our population, deforestation etc. Changes like this has triggered climate change, soil erosion, poor air quality and undrinkable water. Now I remember lines from the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner by SAMUEL TAYLOR COLERIDGE , "WATER, WATER EVERY WHERE, NOR ANY DROP TO DRINK ". We can save our earth by reducing the plastic usuage, saving electricity, using polar power and reduce pollution, grow more trees etc. The only way to protect the environment is for individuals to take a responsibility for their own life style and to force their government to impliment good environmental policies. Our natural environment makes human life possible.
