"ടി.ഡി.എച്ച്.എസ്.എസ്. മട്ടാഞ്ചേരി/സ്റ്റൂഡന്റ് പോലീസ് കാഡറ്റ്-17" എന്ന താളിന്റെ പതിപ്പുകൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം

     The Project was introduced in the Institution on 2 December 2013.  Sri Domininc Presentation, MLA Kochi, inaugurated the project.  Top officials of the Police, Fire and Rescue, Excise and other Government Departments were present on the occasion.  Sri Kapil R Pai, School Manager, Smt Sarala Prabhu D, Headmistress, Sri Sachidananda Pai, PTA president played instrumental roles in the implementation of the project in the school.  Smt Sunitha S Bhat and Sri Venkedesh G have been executing their functions as the Community Police Officers of the SPC Project till date.  Sri Maniyappan and Smt Bindhu were the first Drill Instructors deployed from the Mattancherry Police Station.

     The SPC cadets participate in various social awareness programmes including traffic awareness, awareness against infectious diseases etc.  The school team of SPC have won the SPC District quiz three times since its implementation.  Apart from the regular parades on Thursdays, the cadets take part in the Road Walk and Run and RBPT exercises on Saturdays to well maintain their physique. Indoor class by experts on subjects ranging from Personality Development and Health awareness are conducted on Saturdays.  The Girls platoon of the School got the second best prize for the best platoon in the Passing out Ceremonial Parade held at GCDA Ground Thoppumpady in February 2020.
