കാസർഗോഡ് റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിൽ മഞ്ചേശ്വരം ഉപ ജില്ലയിലെ പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഒരു പൊതുവിദ്യാലയം ആണ് GLPS Kanwathirtha . 1972 ലാണ് ഈ വിദ്യാലയം സ്ഥാപിതമായത്. മഞ്ചേശ്വരം MANJESWARAM പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ KUNJATHUR PADAVU എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് ഈ സ്കൂൾ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇവിടെ 1 മുതൽ 4 വരെ 1 to 4 ക്ലാസുകൾ നിലവിലുണ്ട്.

ചരിത്രം (ಇತಿಹಾಸ)

GOVT LP School Kanwathirtha is working in the 4th ward of Manjeshwar grama panchayath. At first this school was established during the year 1972 near kanwathirtha mata in a private building. After a few year s it shifted to kunjathur padavu and started the classes in temporary shed. Then the school was shifted to a new building in the year of 1979, and started the classes from 1-4. When strength of the students increased each classes had divided and got 8 classes. In the year of 1995 the school got 3 seperate building from DPEP. Now the structure of school building is L shape, with a huge play ground, stage etc.
