SHORTCUT TO BLOCK THE TRENDING DISEASES “Cleanliness is next to godliness”. This is a proverb which promotes us to maintain cleanliness in our daily life to get the feeling of well being.It highlights the importance of cleanliness in our lives and teaches us to follow clean habits all through our life. Cleanliness not only keep us physically hygienic but also it promotes our mental health too. Benefits of cleanliness include increase in self respect, enhancing self confidence, improvement of mental and physical health, discipline and punctuality in life and furthermore it promotes success and goal accomplishments in our life. Cleanliness helps to boost our immunity.  Immunity plays a vital role in the human body. To prevent harmful germs and viruses in certain deadly diseases that are trend setters these days which include deadly diseases like covid-19,nipah virus etc ,we have to look into ourselves more than elsewhere. To avoid such situations we should not depend on medication alone instead we need to boost our own immune system; for that we should be hygienic, we should cultivate fruits and vegetables at home and should have it on a daily basis and should strictly avoid junk food.
