Personal hygiene Hygiene is a very important factor which make our life healthier and happier. Moreover in this situation personal hygiene is very necessary for the existence of whole mankind. Hygiene is one of the important factor which increase our resistance to diseases . One of the important thing we have to do is wash our hands and use clean clothes . Good personal hygiene is important for health and also it protect from the spread of germs and illness. Disease resistance is the ability to prevent or reduse the presence of diseases. Poor hygiene leads to weakened resistance and finally leads to illness . Nowadays we are hearing about the virus Corona which is spreading day by day , but we can over come this by social distancing and by maintaining hygiene.
