BREAK THE CHAIN "Selfcare is not selfish. You cannot serve from an empty vessel"                      -Eleanor Brownn COVID 19 [COrona VIrus Disease 2019] or corona virus is the first pandemic that has affected this world in this century. Also, we all are aware about the impacts of corona virus. We are in the state of complete lock down. In the news, we can see many people captured for breaking the lock down rules. At first, both the people and the government all over the world didn't consider the spreading of the virus as serious. As a result, the world witnessed the the overruling of corona virus over mankind. China where the first case was reported is considered as the originating place of corona virus. The World Health Organisation gave warning all the countries but it failed. During February 2019, both India and Italy were on the same strand while taking the number of corona affected people. But within two weeks, Italy cut crossed China in the number of death caused due to corona. The fault of developed countries like USA, UK, Italy, Spain and France are that they thought that Chinese people eat dogs, cats, snakes and other animals.They were in confidence that corona won't cause them but they were misunderstood. Their misunderstanding unveiled when they faced the same as what China faced. Seeing the pitiful condition of these countries, other countries including India took the matter serious. As a result, initially India declared lock down for 21 days and later, it was extended for another three weeks which prevents the outbreak of the corona virus for 83%. We are humans who are social animal. For us, for our family, for our friends, for society and for the people we must overcome corona. For this, we should not go outside and should not have any contact with outsiders. However Kerala is the leading state in India with more people being cured. The bureaucrats including doctors, nurses, cleaning staffs and police are working around the clock for existence of our society. We must change.When we are changed, our family will change. If our family is changed, our society will change. Thus we can ensure that we are breaking the chain of Corona virus. According to Jama Ikangaa, "The will to win means nothing without the will to prepare". So to win ourselves over corona virus, we have to prepare by maintaining personal hygiene and by maintaining a social distance between each other.
