Janatha AUP School conducted a special assembly on November 14th in connection with Children’s Day. The programme began with enthusiastic participation from the students and aimed to make them aware of the importance of the day. The Headmistress, Louly Teacher, delivered an inspiring speech explaining the significance of Children’s Day and the life of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. She reminded the students that Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister, loved children deeply and believed that they were the true strength and future of the nation. Louly Teacher also encouraged the children to nurture their talents, dream big, and work hard to achieve their goals. She emphasized the responsibility of teachers and parents to support and guide children with love and care. The assembly concluded with songs, speeches, and small performances by the students, making the celebration memorable.
