ARTICLE     Now that covid19 is spreading in our country and state, let's not forget that our Chief Minister, Health Minister, Doctors, Nurses and Police are working hard to avoid the spread virus. As a result of that effort, the number of Covid 19 victims in our state is declining. The spread of the Covid 19 virus has increased. our environmental, hygiene and immune systems more than ever before. From young children to old people, the word cleanliness is beginning to be understood. The immunization system is from our surroundings and part of our body. Such as hand's,legs,and face etc... . Why we are using hand wash because for killing germs, virus and bacteria etc.... . We should clean our houses like living room, bedroom, toilets, kitchen etc... For example - We can effect like cough,cold,fever etc.. - If you go outside we must use mask. - If you go outside and back to home we should wash our hands,legs,face. - We can wash hands 20 or 30 seconds. - Reduce unnecessary hospitalization. - Reduce crowding outside the home. - When talking to people outside, stay one step away, as they will not spit on our body while talking. - Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing, coughing.
