THE OBSERVATION NOTE ON THE ECOSYSTEM WHICH I HAD VISITED DURING THE LOCK DOWN DAYS It was a morning after a strong rain during a lockdown day. Me and my sister decided to visit a eco system in our surroundings. As usual I wake up at 6 O'clock. First of all we went to the veranda of our house . As it was slightly dark, we are unable to see anything. Although it was a summer day the morning was so cold. Dew drops had seen in the green grass. The sun was slowly rising it's head from the Arabian sea. The sight was awesome . The rise of sun had seen light redish colour remember the fact which my science teacher had told me before. It is good to be under the rays of morning sun. Chrip-chrip, suddenly i heard a beautiful voice .I realised that it was a sparrow. I saw it partially. It seems very beautiful. It's yellow beeks seems to be very bright. It was sitting on the top of the mulbery tree. And then the Sun rose completely. Then I went near the fish tank to feed my fishes. I put fish food in the fish tank .All fishes in the tank gathered together to have their food. Bloom! bloom the carp fish had jump over the tank .Then I turn to have my food. Suddenly a crow flew down and caught one of my fish. I was shock for a while. After having my break fast I went to back side of the house .There is a cow shed in the back side of our house. I went to the cow shed. The mother cow was feedimg its calf. Near the cow shed cow dug was heaped to dry it and used as manure. Then we went to the place where plantains are cultivated. At the bottom of the plantain, the decomposed leaves produce a foul smell. Small flies were flying here and there. Then we went to another place of our house. Wow!a beautiful butterfly is flying in the courtyard of our house. It flew slowly that I could catch it. But whenever I came near to it, it skiped and flew fastly. But after a while it sitted on a flower pot infront of our house. It was as close to me that I could catch it. I thought that it would be very easy to catch it . But a bee came and sitted on the corner of my nose . I made a sneeze. Cheee! When I had a sneeze  the butterfly noticed me and flew to the top of the suppotta tree. Then we went to the terrace to pluck kovakka for our mother. Whenwe went there a cuckoo sitting there flew to the another branch of the tree . When we went near the kovakka plant, ant bit on my palm I felt very much pained . After plucking the vegetables quickly I went once again to the place where ants were going. After observing a lot I realised that they were going to there houses. It was very big. The ants didn't allow me to stand there. Then I went to the portion of the terrace where the rose plants are planted. When I went near to the plant I noticed that a bee was collecting nectar from the plants. Then I went to the vegetable garden. Then I watered the plants. Crow ! crow suddenly I heard a loud voice. The sound was from the sky. When I look upward I became completly angry. It was a crow!! The crow that caught my fish! I threw a stone towards the crow. But it flew away After a while a pair of pigeons flew over our house noticed it. It was very beautiful because of its white feathers. I liked it very much. But after a while, it flew away to somewhere else. After my observation in terrace I went to the down stares. When I started to go to the verandha of the house a cat jumped parallel to me. Then I shook the gooseberry tree and then collected some gooseberries .Then I went to the back side of the house. Chik-chik the hens are going in group to search their food. I gave rice grains to hens for their food. This programme `Akshara vriksham´ conducted by education department will be so helpful to children during this lockdown days. This will improve creativity in childen. Wishing very good luck.
