Cleanliness      At this time of CORONA as we all know, Cleanliness is important for health, mind, body and spirit. Our first duty is to be clean. Every morning as soon as you get up, you must clean your teeth, wash your face and your hands and feet. Cleanliness is an important factor of our life. It is one of the most important particles for clean and healthy environment. The term cleanliness implies the absence of dust, dirt, garbage or waste, stain etc. It is essential for everyone to learn about cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation and various diseases that are caused due to poor maintainance of hygiene conditions. The cleanliness word includes the cleanliness of an individual, it's surroundings and the nation. The people should be aware of it's importance. A healthy environment is necessary if one wants to live healthy and fit. If the environment is dirty it affects the health of the people leaving around drastically. It is important for everyones body, mind as well as a spirit just like water, oxygen and food are needed. It is essential for the good health. If we will keep ourselves and food are needed. It is essential for good and clean mind also. It will help in the nation - building exercise too as it will then encourage more and more foreign tourist to visit our land. Of course, no one wants to visit a foul land. So we should adopt a lifestyle to nurture the surroundings. Awareness of the cleanliness and personal hygiene is the need of the scenario in our country where the disease like viral fever, swine flu, malaria, chickenpox, jaundice and corona are fast spreading. People should realize the importance of cleanliness and personal hygiene to prevent them from these diseases. The awareness camps for children and women should be organized by the government of our nation. The awareness of cleanliness may vary from the individual level to the country level. The awareness programs can be organized at home, school, college, society, community, an office, an organization to spread a clean India revolution all over the country. The people of our nation should understand the motto, importance and necessity of cleanliness. The cleanliness among students in the schools can be promoted through many activities such as cleaning of the school campus, class rooms, labs and events such as the poster making on cleanliness. The presentations on waste segregation, the essay writing, painting and poems, recitation competitions etc. The cleanliness leads to a healthy and happy life beside keeping safe our body from various diseases. It also develops the positive vibes for the spirit. Everyone needs to develop the habit of regular cleaning.
