My son is all alone... Dr. Sunny woke up at 6 in the morning. He was in a hurry. He did his daily chores, dressed up and in his car within half an hour he reached his destination around 8 am. He quickly went to the OP section and there he saw a long queue waiting for him so early in the morning.It was after the thermal screening people where permitted to get inside with a token,proper hand sanitisation and wearing a mask to meet the doctor. Doctor got into his cabin and the nurse with the file started calling patients according to the token number. Then came an old lady shivering.The doctor washed his hand, wore the mask and asked the old lady her age and name. She told that she was seventy five and her name was Shanthamma.Doctor enquired whether she was alone, since he did not see anyone with her. She told that her spouse passed away a couple of years back and her only son is in US and he is settled with his family there for more than 5 years and are happy. Doctor told her not to worry and made a thorough check up. Since she was having high temperature the doctor insisted her to get an admission in the hospital and he told her ” Dont worry Amma,we are with you” After a couple of days the lady was informed that her result was negative and she was alright and could leave the hospital as soon as her temperature gets steady. Listening to the words of the doctor the lady started weeping. The doctor told there is nothing to worry and it's just a normal fever.
