THE TERRIBLE MONSOONS ! Monsoons.....are very friendly,to us. But as we heard of the present monsoons; there we see a terror in their face, because the friend before is now the terror. I am reflecting the story of my;our Kerala! Whom they called the ‘God’s Own Country. The starved monsoon floods ‘swallowing’ Kerala, where houses float as boats in flood water. People running out of their homes, to camps now it is just a natural seen but there is someone who stays in their home as if they are not able to leave their loving home. The blessings of monsoon turned as a nightmare where number of people were swallowed. The horror cries of nature as a raining flood is one of the severe pains of people. But as we see in fairy tales, there rised a group of super heroes they the fishermen turned as saviours where we beat the flood as one! This is yet another lesson by nature.
