Realisation of oneself The realization of oneself should bring in a spirit of independence. At this stage, we need role models – people whom we would like to imitate. We should critically study the life struggle of women who have made success of themselves. The inspiration drawn from these role-models will sustain the life breath of a struggle towards liberation. In this challenge to attain equality we need the help and support of groups and associations that work for the same end. When we stand together we can easily achieve the goal that we have set for ourselves. Hence solidarity and combined effort with these social groups that are trying to ensure equality and dignity for all especially for women are required. At the same time one should take achieve part in these dynamic forces that are working in order to bring women to the top in all ways.
