Sri Gujarati Vidyalaya H.S.S is one of the good english medium school in kozhikode city. It is situated near kozhikode beach.VIDHYA VINIMAY SHOBITHE is the motto of our school.It is managed by Sri Gujarati Vidyalaya Assosiation.

ചരിത്രം

To impart education of to the children of the Gujarati communitya school was started in 1869 and named Calicut Private Gujarati School. 
In 1952 the school started functioning at the beach Road in a new building and was named Sri Naranji Purushottham Vidhya bhuvan. 
In 1969 the school was given recognition for high school by the govt. of Kerala. 
Ifrom 1969 the children of all the communities were given admission. 
IThe first SSLC batch (1968-69) appeared with 7 students securing 57%. 
IIn 1970 the school celebrated its Centenary. 
IThe school has one of the largest auditorium with an area of nearly 1065 sq. meters

ഭൗതികസൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍

മൂന്ന് ഏക്കര്‍ ഭൂമിയിലാണ് വിദ്യാലയം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഹൈസ്കൂളിന് 5 കെട്ടിടങ്ങളിലായി 41 ക്ലാസ് മുറികളും ഹയര്‍ സെക്കണ്ടറിക്ക് ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിലായി 6 ക്ലാസ് മുറികളുമുണ്ട്. അതിവിശാലമായ ഒരു കളിസ്ഥലം വിദ്യാലയത്തിനുണ്ട്.

ഹൈസ്കൂളിനും ഹയര്‍സെക്കണ്ടറിക്കും വെവ്വേറെ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ ലാബുകളുണ്ട്. രണ്ട് ലാബുകളിലുമായി ഏകദേശം അമ്പതോളം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളുണ്ട്. രണ്ട് ലാബുകളിലും ബ്രോഡ്ബാന്റ് ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സൗകര്യം ലഭ്യമാണ്.

ചര്‍ച്ച് ഓഫ് സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വടക്കന്‍ കേരള ഡയോസിസാണ് വിദ്യാലയത്തിന്റെ ഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത്. നിലവില്‍ 46 വിദ്യാലയങ്ങള്‍ ഈ മാനേജ്മെന്റിന്റെ കീഴില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. റെവ. ഡോ. കെ.പി. കുരുവിള ഡയറക്ടറായും റെവ. പോള്‍ ഡേവിഡ് തോട്ടത്തില്‍ കോര്‍പ്പറേറ്റ് മാനേജറായും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു. ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഹെഡ്മിട്രസ് ആനി കുര്യനും ഹയര്‍ സെക്കണ്ടറി വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പള്‍ തോമസ് കുരുവിളയുമാണ്.
