Little Kites Activities (2022-2025)

Little Kites Aptitude Test 2022-25

• 35 students appeared for aptitude test to get admission in 2022-25 batch. 24 children got membership.Little Kites School Camp 2022-25 Batch
• The test was conducted on a specially prepared software on the computer. The exam consisted of 20 questions of 30 minutes duration. Aptitude test had questions related to logic and reasoning, programming section, 5,6,7 questions based on ICT textbooks and IT general knowledge.
• 2022- 25 Little Kites Aptitude Test Aptitude test for selection of students for new batch was conducted at IT Lab under the instruction of Kite for the pre-registered students. Uploading of exam related files was done on time. Aptitude Test conducted by Kite Master PRADEEP K Kite Mistress SOWMYA M with the help of SITC Shashi Kumar sir.The result was printed and posted on the notice board. Class 8 students were informed.

Distribution of Identity Card to Little Kites Members

SDPHS The Little Kites IT Club of the High School distributed KITE (Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education) identity cards to the students (2022_25 batch). Those who participate in all the activities of Little Kites, India's largest student IT association, will get an ID card. 24 children of the 2022_25 batch of SDP High School are the members of Little Kites IT Club. The formal distribution of the identity card was done by Headmaster EH Govindha Bhat. Little Kites Master Pradeep, and Little Kites Mistress Sowmya were also present on the said occasion

LITTLE KITS PRELIMINARY CAMP

Held on Tuesday 17/ 9/ 2022 at the school's IT lab. School Manager Sri Shankaranarayana Bhat N inaugurated the camp which was held with the aim of conveying the importance of Little Kites to the children. Little  Kite Master PRADEEP K sir conducted the classes.

• Routine class:Routine class for Little Kites members every Wednesday after school class time School IT LAB. Classes are conducted by Kitemaster PRADEEP K Kite Mistress SOWMYA M

Little Kites School Camp

SDP High School, Kasaragod Education District conducted a one-day school camp for the LittleKites of 2022-25 batch on Saturday 1st September. School administrator Headmaster EH Govindha Bhat  inaugurated the  camp. Little Kites Master Pradeep led the one day camp at SDPH School. The main activities were creating animation reels, GIFs and Onam related promotion videos using OpenToons, a two-dimensional animation software. Each member will prepare and submit an assignment as a sequence of camp activities. The activities in the camp are evaluated and those who have done good work will participate in the Manjeshwara sub district camp held in November. The activities in the fields of animation and programming are organized in the manjeshwara camp. The camp was conducted in a very good manner. The kids did very well with Rhythm Composer and experimented with Open Tunes. Made a greeting gif and video and sent it to friends and others. The students made the game in Kerala setting very well. Usually the games were programmed to be played by only one person, but this time the game was programmed to be played by two people. The children finished the game enthusiastically. Children were able to understand the logic of the game.

Sub District Camp

Little Kites IT Clubs sub district level two day association camp was held on 27th and 28^th December. More than 100 children selected from various schools in the camp held at at GHS Udayawar and were trained in programming and animation. In addition, there was an opportunity to introduce the products prepared by the children and evening art programs were also organized. On 27^th December registration started at 9.30 am.
