FIGHT AGAINST CORONA I would like to share some valuable points about the dreadful virus disease called Corona. Now we are on LOCKDOWN. What is the reason? All of us know nowadays our green planet is grappling with an invisible deadly enemy called CORONA VIRUS. Corona Virus disease COVID_19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered virus. The most common symptoms of this disease are cough, fever, tiredness, difficulty in breathing and in severe cases pneumonia also. People infected with the COVID_19 virus will experience respiratory illness. Older people and those who are underlying other medical problems and those who have low immune power are more likely to develop serious illness. The Covid_19 Virus spreads mainly through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. The most important way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well_informed about the COVID_19 Virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect ourselves and others from infection. We can take some precautions against this virus. They are: Wash our hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently. Maintain social distancing. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Practice respiratory hygiene. Use mask. If you have fever, cough, and difficulty in breathing seek medical care early as possible. There are no specific vaccines for COVID_19 upto this time. Clinical trials are going on. W. H. O will give updated information. Compared to other countries and other states, it is noteworthy to point out the precautions adopted very fastly by our Honourable Chief Minister and Health Minister in our God's own country ie, in Kerala. The valuable efforts taken by Health Department ie, doctors, nurses, and cleaning staffs, Police Department, Fire Force, Medias and other volunteer workers are really appreciable. I am concluding my words by saying BE SUPPORTIVE, BE CAREFUL, BE ALERT, BE KIND, and BE READY to fight against COVID_19. Abhinesh.
