The Kerala model is a model of development adopted in the state of Kerala.The model has been developed by keeping in mind the achievements of Kerala in different fields.It is characterised by achievements in education, healthcare facilities, high life expectancy, low infant mortality rate,low birth rate etc.Kerala has achieved better living conditions compared with many developed countries.
Kerala offers the best traditional Ayurvedic system of treatment .These traditional practices boost the medical tourism in the state. The state displays the best gender equality across India and comparatively a safer place to live. Literacy rate in Kerala is highest in India , just below 100%.Population growth rate is the lowest in Kerala. On the other hand Kerala has the highest development index.
Kerala has shocked everybody in India and outside in communal harmony.With a population comprising 56.2% Hindus, 24 .7% Muslims and 19% Christians,Kerala never witnessed a communal riot.Undoubtedly Kerala is GOD’S OWN COUNTRY!!!!
