Cleanliness:ahead to a disease free future A healthy mind exist in a healthy body. As we all know, a healthy mind results in the total well being of we, the human beings. Since time immemorial, cleanliness was in the play. Some, however ignored it. These ignorance caused to the outbreak of many epidemics and death of a huge number of living organisms. Religious and cultural values has also been used to put forward a practice of cleanliness. Almost all microbial diseases are caused due to the lack of cleanliness and proper sanitation. For example, The recent cases of the disease, Covid19 caused by Corona virus, has no vaccines found yet. The only remedy to control it is to keep ourselves clean. Medical authorities had made announcements to make awareness among people to be clean atleast at these epidemic times. For the present cause, people are advised to frequently wash their hands with soap and water, which would stop the entry of the virus into our body and make us sick. It is applicable not only to Corona virus, but almost all microbial diseases can be prevented by keeping ourselves clean.
