PRACTICE CLEANLINESS KEEP YOU HEALTHY AND SAFE
Cleanliness is important in our day-to-day life. Cleanliness prevents disease and makes us feel clean and fresh. Now we all know, how Corona has affected the world and mounting to a high death rate. If we practice washing hands and face regularly we can defeat many contagious diseases like Corona. Now in Kerala, the Corona positive cases have been reduced due to the hygiene measures taken by our government and followed by almost all the people. Maintaining personal and environmental hygiene has reduced the virus from spreading in our state. As a Keralite, I am proud that our state has done a good initiate in eradicating the Corona disease from our state.
So what we people can do is maintain cleanliness and be hygienic. Wash your hands with soap daily, practice daily bathing after going outside, washing clothes, clean your surroundings and utensils immediately after having food, take healthy food, take more Fruits and Vegetables rich in Vitamin C food etc. Keeping all these practices in daily routine will help to keep us safe from contagious diseases. Let's all practise good cleanliness methods and be free from diseases for staying healthy and safe.
