The Student Police Cadet (SPC) program is a joint initiative of the Kerala Police and the Department of General Education, aimed at inculcating Discipline, Civic Sense, Leadership Qualities, and Social Responsibility among students. The program focuses on developing law-abiding citizens with a strong sense of duty towards society and the nation.
On the day of the school reopening, SPC cadets warmly welcomed the newly admitted students by giving them with SPC welcome cards.

In connection with the International Day Against Drug Abuse, a drug awareness class was organized under the leadership of SPC.
Sub Inspector Eby Sir from the Kurathikadu Police Station led the awareness sessions for the students.
August 2, SPC Day was celebrated.
SPC DAY CELEBRATION
August 15, Independence Day was celebrated in collaboration with various organizations.
Onam Camp was organized under the leadership of Kurathikadu Police officials on August 28, 29, and 30. The camp was inaugurated by SHO Sri Mohith Sir, and the PTA President presided over the function.
On October 2, Gandhi Jayanti was observed under the leadership of DI Renju sir from kurathikadu police station. Floral tributes were offered at the Gandhi statue, and the cadets participated in cleaning the school premises as part of the celebration.
On October 31, a mass run was organized against drugs with the caption “Run Against Addiction ”.

On November 14, as part of the program “Oppam ”, led by MLA Prathiba mam.SPC cadets participated in a Zumba dance training session held at the Kayamkulam Kochunni Memorial Auditorium.
On December 26 and 27, a Christmas Camp was organized under the leadership of SPC. As part of the camp, awareness classes on various topics were conducted for the students by officials.
