.....DISEASES AND WAYS TO CONTROL.....  People can disease generally in three aspects, firstly, through an agent. It can be bacteria, virus or fungus. The second aspects is host(human beings )nothing but the target of disease. The third aspect is the environment, it refers to the surrounding and conditions external to the human being . The environment allows the disease to be transmitted. The transmission could be direct such as toughing, coughing, sneezing or indirect such as soil, water, mosquitoes etc..           These are various ways to control diseases with the assistance of behavioural change. Adopt simple health behaviour system which could be adopted by regular exercise, healthy diet food, nutritious food, hand wash and usage of repellents.Vaccines are the biggest success of health for eradication or reduction  of diseases.The role of meditation is one of the state of managing diseases. It may destroy the  micro organism.
