This school was established on 01/06/1964. Its full name is Avanangattu Velayudhan Memmorial School.Many years before the people has no any facility to study in this area. So they requested on the Avanangattu house to start the school in their place .They accept the request from the poor people,and started a school. Sri.Subramannya panicker was the first school manager.
