An Indian Physical Health Hai Friends, I am Ramu this story is telling about a Physical Health in which has a main role in the life of a Human being. It was familiar to me for some days. I am telling the story to you. Some, days before I went to my village named Nadhikara. The speciality of the village was that there is a large river. This was the only water storage where all the villagers take water for their livelihood purposes. They where not much educated , like the people in the city areas. So they drank the water without boiling and they took the water from the river and use it as it was taken from the river. In the village they didn't keep it very clean. So there was many flies. The cow dung and poultry waste make the village very bad impression because of the dirty smell. But there was a flower which was a special flower which makes the village good smell. The flower was very beautiful and all the butterflies were attracted by them .But the villagers were disturbed by the ugly smell of the cow dung and the waste materials all around the village. But the only relaxation of the villagers is the flower . It was a special flower that grows only here in the river. So to know how it grows I went there. There was a long river and large materials of waste. I asked to a man there, "when did the waste dumped here?", "Oh it's before one week " the man replied and continued his job . Then I realized that the flower had been first grown here one week before and , the flower has bloomed yesterday the waste materials had entered to the river and now the people are using this water will be affected with the diseases. "Our village is not hygiene " saying that I walked to my home. When I returned home my mother was affected sick. But I thought that it will be go soon . But , the sick remains still, so I went to call the doctor. That time , I heard the news that everyone are affected with the same disease. So I called the doctor. Immediately the doctor said it is spread from water. I showed the riverside from where the people takes water for their daily uses . The doctor said the waste dumped here had started flowing to the river and you drinks without boiling ,so the disease spread all over the village . Be hygiene, only pass the urine and motion in the toilet. Cut nails , don't let the bacteria get inside . Drink water by boiling. Don't dumb waste in the nearby places . So your village will be very hygiene. So, the doctor treated the people well and ,I said thanks to him and he returned back. And from that day we obeyed that the doctor says. So friends our Prime minister Narendra Modi had made a Programme named Swach Bharat . So we make use of it .
