International Yoga Day 2025–26
International Yoga Day of 2025-26 was celebrated at Sri Durgaparameshwari High School, DharmatHadka. This program sounded the essence of Yoga is an ancient Indian heritage, an essential part of life style. Sri Sadashiva Kadambar came as the Chief Guest of Yoga Demonstration and explained the immense importance of Yoga "Yoga is the greatest achievement of balance the body-mind." One who practices yoga daily becomes healthy, finds peace. " At this occasion, school manager Mr. N. Shankar Narayana Bhat presided over and speaking, "Yoga is India's valuable gift to the world. "This sums up not only physical health but also the unity of mental strength and philosophy." said. Prabhara headmaster Mrs. Gangamma said good words. Physical teacher Shri Santosh M expressed his wishes for the program. The students sang the prayer. Vicheta K welcomed, Shivanarayana Bhat performed the narrative. Soumya M salutes. With the message of physical-mental balance, Shri Sadashiva Kadambar gave demonstration of various yogasanas to students. Children also participated actively and learned the value of yoga.
Poster Making Competition Held as Part of Anti-Drug Campaign at SDPHSS Dharmatadka
On June 26, a poster making competition was conducted at SDPHSS Dharmatadka as part of the “Say No to Drugs” campaign. The event was jointly organized by the Little Kites Club, Vimukti Club, and Art Club. Students creatively expressed strong anti-drug messages through colorful charts and posters with slogans like “High on Life, Not on Drugs,” spreading awareness through art

As part of the state-wide “Say No to Drugs” campaign, the Kerala Government organized a special event in Thiruvananthapuram on June 26. The live address by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan was streamed in all schools, including SDPHSS Dharmatadka. The CM highlighted the harmful effects of drug abuse and urged students to choose life over drugs. He emphasized the importance of physical activities like Zumba and regular exercise to keep young minds positively engaged and away from harmful habits.
Zumba Session Promotes Drug-Free Living at SDPHSS Dharmatadka
As part of the “Say No to Drugs” campaign, following the Kerala Education Department's directive, the Little Kites Club of SDPHSS Dharmatadka organized a vibrant Zumba session to promote a healthy lifestyle. Led by Santhosh Sir, the energetic event saw enthusiastic participation from all students, who engaged in Zumba and cardio exercises with great spirit. Headmaster Sri Shashikumar presided over the event and joined the students on the dance floor, encouraging fitness as an alternative to harmful habits. Teachers Pradeep Sir, Prashant Sir, Swetha Teacher, and Gangamma Teacher also actively took part, making the session both fun and inspiring
SDPHSS Dharmatadka Observes Anti-Drug Awareness Assembly
On June 26, SDPHSS Dharmatadka held a special school assembly as part of the anti-drug awareness campaign. Sowmya teacher administered an impactful oath urging students to “say yes to life, no to drugs” and “let life be your drug.” The school Headmaster, Sri Shashikumar, along with all students and staff, actively participated in the meaningful event promoting a drug-free future. Students pledged to be responsible citizens and stay away from harmful habits. The event served as a strong message against drugs and encouraged positive lifestyle..
DDE VISITED THE SCHOOL
On 4th June 2025, SDPHSS Dharamtadka had the honour of welcoming Deputy Director of Education, Sri Madhusoodhanan T V, during his official school visit. His timely arrival coincided with the vibrant Little KITE Camp being held on campus, where students were actively engaged in learning video editing and digital skills. The DDE interacted with the participants and In his address, he stressed the transformative power of IT in education and the importance of equipping students with digital skills for the future. His words were both inspiring and encouraging students to embrace technology. Joining the occasion, School Manager Sri Shankarnarayan Bhat extended a warm welcome to the DDE and commended the school’s commitment to fostering digital literacy through the Little KITE Camp. As part of the brief session conducted during the DDE’s visit to the Little KITE Camp, School Headmaster Sri Shashikumar delivered vote of thanks, expressing gratitude.

June 2, Monday – The new academic year at SDPHSS Dharmtadka commenced with great enthusiasm and a warm welcome to students and staff. The reopening day was marked by a special morning assembly, setting a positive tone for the year ahead. The assembly was presided over by the esteemed School Manager, Sri Shankar Narayan Bhat, and the Headmaster, Sri Shashikumar. The School Manager delivered the presidential address, extending his heartfelt wishes to the students for a fruitful academic year. The Headmaster, Sri Shashikumar, also addressed the gathering, sharing important instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth start to the year. He especially welcomed the new batch of Class 8 students, marking the beginning of their high school journey with encouragement and optimism. Sri Shiva Prasad Sir took charge as the Master of Ceremony. Adding to the significance of the day, two new teaching staff members were introduced to the school community by the School Manager, further strengthening the academic team. The assembly was graced by the presence of all teaching and non-teaching staff, reflecting the unity and commitment of the SDPHSS family.

ಮೇ29 ; ಶ್ರೀ ದುರ್ಗಾಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ ಧರ್ಮತ್ತಡ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ 2025-26 ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹೆತ್ತವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭ 2024-25ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ SSLC ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲೂ A+ ಪಡೆದ ಒಟ್ಟು 23 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ A+ ಪಡೆದ 4 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾನ್ವಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ "ಮೇಪೋಡು ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಾಯ ಮಯ್ಯ" ದತ್ತಿನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದ 2 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಈಶ್ವರಿ.ಡಿ ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ಮೇನೇಜರ್ ಶಂಕರನಾರಾಯಣ ಭಟ್ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಪಿ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಇ ಎಚ್ ಗೋವಿಂದ ಭಟ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ, ಹೆತ್ತವರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಕಯ್ಯಾರ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಪೀಟರ್ ರೊಡ್ರಿಗಸ್ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಶುಭಾಶಂಸನೆಗೈದರು. ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಭಟ್, ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಕುಡಾಲು ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು. ಎಂ.ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ದಿವ್ಯಾಭಾರತಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ರಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಎಂ ಶುಭನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುನಿತಾ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಕೆ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಹೊಳ್ಳ ಎನ್, ಶಿವಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಚೆರುಗೋಳಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರು.
