THE LEAF Once I planted a seed It was very exciting indeed I waited for that one leaf Then it would give a big  relief  I dreamed about it giving me a huge tree Perhaps maybe a thousand leaves! Forgetting that i will be late,  I recognized that i was past eight The next day when the sun rose,  I couldn't stand on top of  my toes I quickly rushed to the place  And I knew it wouldn't give me disgrace  I was filled with awe ! It was a tiny leaf that I saw!
