ഓളങ്ങൾ നീങ്ങുന്നു കാറ്റിന്റെ
കൂടെ എങ്ങോട്ടാണെന്നറിയാതെ
പുഴവക്കത് നിന്ന്
ചൂണ്ടയാൽ മീൻപിടിക്കുന്നവർ
പുഴവക്കത് പച്ചപ്പോടെ
നിൽക്കുന്ന വന്മരങ്ങൾ
മീനുകളെ പോലെ മനുഷ്യരാൽ
നിറഞ്ഞ ബോട്ടുകൾ
പുഴകളെ നിലനിർത്താൻ
എന്നും ഒപ്പമുണ്ടാകണം

-<big>Personal hygiene is very important in life it covers all aspect depends on culture or any way of life it could be personal reason social physiological or just the way of maintaining healthy life style.for personal reason it could boast self esteem,feeling good about self or as a way of making the self more attractive to others.in social reason,a good personal hygiene can project a positive image that reflect once personality and be more welcome to the society.personal hygiene means taking shower,wash on the whole body, brushing teeth,combing hair, cleaning the ears,eyes,nose,nails,and wearing comfortable clean clothes, sneakers,soaks and shoes.good hygiene protects you  from illness and diseases,and it affects the way you feel about yourself and other people feel about you<br>

-If you don't maintain personal hygiene it will cause many diseases.personal hygiene like shower, washing your hands,etc are the first line of defence against diseases.the lack of personal hygiene causes skin disease,fever,cough, stomach ache,etc.so my friends you should keep your body very clean everytime. so you can prevent many disease causing bacteria entering into your body.dears friends keep personal hygiene
