2019–20 coronavirus pandemic Coronavirus are a group of related viruses that cause diseases in mammals and bird. In humans coronavirus cause respiratory tract infection. coronavirus were first discovered in the 1930 .The 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic is an ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease2019 (covid-19) The outbreak was identified in Wuhan. China in December2019.It is recognized as a pandemic on11March2020.As of 11April2020 more than1.71millions cases of covid-19 have been reported in 210 countries and territories resulting in more than 103.000 deaths. The virus is mainly spread between people during close contact and after via small droplets produced during coughing and sneezing .There droplets produced when breathing out they usually fall to the ground or surface. People may also become infected by touching a contaminated surface and then their face .The virus can survive on surface for up to 75 hours. Coronavirus is most contagious during the first three days after one set of symptoms although spread may be possible before symptoms appear and in later stages of the disease. Common symptoms include fever cough and shortness of breath and it may cause pneumonia. The time from exposure to onset of symptoms is typically around five days but may rams from two to fourteen days. There is no known vaccine primary treatment is symptomatic and supportive therapy. Prevention Protect yourself and others from infection . Wash your hands frequently . . Cough and sneeze into your elbow. . Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. .
