CORONA VIRUS:A THREAT TO HUMANITY Corona virus disease (COVID 19) is an infectious disease caused by newly discovered corona virus. Most people affected with the COVID 19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems like cardio vascular disease ,diabetes, respiratory disease and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. The best way to prevent and show down transmission is be well informed about the COVID 19 virus,the disease it cause and how it spreads. Protect yourselves and others from infection by washing hands or using alcohol base rub frequently and not touching your face. The COVID 19 virus spread primarily through droplet of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person cough or snneze,so it is important that you also practice respiratory etiquette.(for eg. By coughing with your elbow.) At this time , there are no specific vaccine or treatment for corona virus.
