IMPORTANCE OF CLEANLINESS Cleanliness is the major step to a healthy living . cleanliness can prevent and cure . people from communicable diseases . Effective cleaning can forbid viruses and other infectious diseases . TIPS TO MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS Major tips to maintain cleanliness personally include brushing and taking bath regularly , washing hands properly before and after every meal , maintaining neatly trimmed nails and eating healthy food . Environmental cleanliness can be enhanced by cleaning the mess created around us regularly , avoiding plastic bag usage , not littering the road by throwing the garbage , effective disposal of used water, adopting reusing and recycling techniques and always monitoring the pollution levels .
