Prevention is better than Cure

            Prevention is better than cure insists that it is better to take appropriate measures before  the commencement of a problem than after it has already ensued. It is a highly valuable advice in these days. Nowadays the corona virus is prevalent in the world. We should take preventive measures to remove corona virus such as wash your hands, use sanitizers etc

Prevention of common cold and virus is important then only we should think about cure. Prevention such as

Daily exercise
follow a daily diet
wash your hands
wash your cloths if it is used
clean your house to prevent it from bacteria

We have to follow this in our daily life to live healthy and safe Prevention means to avoid and cure means to correct anything that is troublesome or detrimental. Many of us doesn't take preventive measures until the trouble comes. Troubles and problems can ne avoided by prevention. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is healthier, cheaper and happier than curing any critical disease. Preventive measures also help in controlling population. One can avoid many disasters, confusion and destruction by prevention,so Prevention is better than cure.
