WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Women's empowerment is the process of empowering women.Women empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their right to control and benefit from the resources,assets ,income and their own time as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status as well being.
Education is now became a great part in women empowerment .education increases people's self confidence and also enables them to get better job and they can work shoulder to shoulder with men. Education can increase women awareness of their rights ,boost their self system and provide them the opportunity to assets their right.
From the earlier days onwards, women face many barriers when they are coming in front of the world many harassment in particular is a large barrier for women in work places ,unequal where women are paid less than men are the major barriers.
