HEALTHY CLEAN HABITS


We have heard many times from elders that early to bed and early to rise is a good habit. This makes us fit,healthy and wise. This not only mean taking care of one's body. This also includes other things. Let us learn and follow some good and clean habits.
1.KEEP OUR HOME AND SURROUNDINGS CLEAN.

  • We must not throw waste anywhere or everywhere. We must always throw them in a dustbin.
  • We must keep things in our home in proper places after using them.
  • We must not spit on the road or anywhere outside.

2.KEEPING THE BODY CLEAN
To keep our body clean and healthy,we must follow these habits.

  • We must brush our teeth twice a day. ie, after getting up in the morning and before going to bed at night. This will help to remove the food particles that may be stuck between the teeth.
  • We must wash our hands with soap and water before and after eating and after going to the toilet. This will remove

the germs that may be present in our hands. Germs and very small living organisms cause diseases.

  • We must have a bath everyday and dry our body with a clean towel. This will remove dirt and germs.
  • We must wear clean clothes.
  • We must comb our hair properly.
  • We must keep our nails short and clean. Germs settle along with dirt and can enter our body with the food we eat.
