The average lifespan of a human being is 70 to 80 years. But today most of the people are losing their life due to various kinds of diseases. Majority of people have been suffering from life style diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart problems etc. This is mainly due to unhealthy food habits, life style and lack of exercises. We need to choose a life style and diet which make our life free from diseases and tensions.

Hygiene also leads us to a healthy life. Self hygiene and social hygiene prevents most of the communicable diseases. So for a healthy future, we can follow the right way of living by adopting healthy measures. Health is the real wealth, not the pieces of gold and silver.
