The aim of improving the English language proficiency of the students, the English Fest, which has been continuously held under the English Club of our school for the last 14 years, has been going on very well. English Fest was first started in our school in 2009 under the leadership of the Head Master Madhusoodhanan Sir and the teacher in charge of the English club, Dhanya Teacher. It is being held even today with more beauty than before. The programs included in this are speech, recitation, storytelling, group song, seminar presentation, interview, anchoring, fancy dress of English writers, introduction of works or books in English, English songs, skits, etc. Such programs are very useful in reducing the stage fear of children and increasing their speaking skills. Former teachers of the school, other college professors, Padmashri Kunjhol Mash, English teachers of other schools, PTA members, etc. have arrived as distinguished guests. Activities to improve the reading and writing skills of children are being carried out under the auspices of the English Club. English assembly is held every Thursday. The assembly includes prayer, newspaper reports, today's thought topic, etc. Children prepare English newspapers by including important events in the school. A mini dictionary is prepared using new words from the English textbook.
