Shree Durgaparameshwari Aided Higher secondary school is situated in Badoor village of Puthige Grama panchayath in Kasaragod District.This institution was founded by Late Sri.Nerolu Niduvaje Ramachandra Bhat on 11.6.1976.Pupils of Dharmathadka area had learning fecility upto 7 th standard.Under the management of Late.Sri. Ramachandra Bhat N there was an Upper Primary school in Dharmathadka.Pupils of this locality had to go Paivalike,Angadimogar.Perla etc which were too far from Dharmathadka,for higher education .So as per the demand of locals, Late.Sri. Ramachandra Bhat started 8 th standard in 1976,9 th stad in 1977 and 10 th standard in 1978.In 1981 the school got the permanent recognition.Late Sri.N Ramachandra Bhat was the founder manager of this school.To construct a good building people of Dharmathadka and nearby areas contributed a lot.From 7.8.1994 Late Sri Nerolu Niduvaje Subbanna Bhat took the charge of the manager of this school.He was the headmaster of AUP School Dharmathadka for 37 years and tried hard to   uplift this institution.By his determination and hard work the school was upgraded as higher secondary school from 26.8.2014.From 31.5.2008 onwards Sri.Shankaranarayana Bhat N is the Manager of the school.The school has very good infrastructure fecilities and well equipped with modern learning fecilities.
