CLEANLINESS We have all heard about the famous quote "Cleanliness is next to Godliness". It is definitely an important quality of life. It should be done in all levels, be it physically, mentally or spiritually. One must indulge in good cleaning habits. It can prevent and cure people from diseases. Personal hygiene is indeed important. It includes brushing, taking bath properly, washing hands properly before and after every meal, trimming nails and so on. We should not just be concerned about ourselves but also the surrounding environment we live in. Avoid plastic bag usage, don't litter the road by throwing garbage, make use of the reuse and recycle technique. By keeping ourselves clean, we can keep our mental and physical health clean. Many of the deadly diseases are caused due to lack of cleanliness and poor sanitation. Our Government initiative like Swachh Bharat has given a hope for a cleaner and better India. We can do a bit from our side to maintain Cleanliness. Create awareness about the importance of cleanliness among the people, keep your room, school and surroundings neat. This requires lot of commitment. Today's Children are tomorrows Citizens.
