SAY NO TO CORONA THROUGH HEALTH AND BODY RESISTIVITY. All of us know that "HEALTH IS WEALTH" but most of us can't maintain it. Because health is not in the terms of body fitness. Health is affected by many other factors. According to world organisation "HEALTH IS A STATE OF COMPLETE PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL BEING".When we goes through different surveys in a society we can understand that most of the people are backward in the terms of health. We achieve many progress in our educational field, financial status etc. but all of us are not thinking about our health none of us are spending any time for health maintenance. "NOW THE TIME CAME FOR IT" all of us know that corona virus disease(COVID-19) spreads among humans. We cannot simplify this disease. Because it is spreading fastly and leads to death of many people. When we study deepest about it we can understand it's seriousness. It is necessary to understand the seriousness of the disease and prevent it. Each of us should take measures to prevent it. Our Government and health department had taken many measures against it. All of us compulsory follows it. Fear is not a way to control it. So we must remove fear from our minds. We should stay powerful with our powerful mind. For a powerful mind health is necessary. Other ways we are always anxious about it. First thing is that we could keep a distance with others. For that we should stay at home. We should use masks. Next thing is to maintain cleanliness of our body and surroundings. we should wash our hands with soap or hand sanitiser. We should maintain our surroundings clean. Next thing is to increase our body resistivity through exercises and yoga etc. We can do it at our homes. For the control of this pandemic these factors are compulsory. Other wise this virus take place in our body and it began to work. If we show any symptoms of this disease we should inform it to our authorities and isolate ourself. Never become a host of this virus and never become a carrier. All of us must understood that it is the time to show our power; because it is a war against a virus. All of us must achieve success in this. Never go backward.
