The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the Covid - 19 virus , the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect your's self and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based sanitizer frequently and not touching your face. The covid - 19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva and the discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. So it is important to take precautions on that. As this time there were no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID - 19 , we should aware of this virus. WHO will continue ton provide update information as soon as clinical findings becomes available. To prevent the spread of Covid - 19 Clean your hands often. Use soap and water or an alcohol based sanitizer. Maintain a safe distance from any one who is coughing or sneezing. Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth. Cover your nose and mouse with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough. Stay home if you feel un well. If you have a fever, a cough and difficulty in breathing , seek medical attention seek in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.
