Health and hygiene In today's life situations, it has become significant to take care of one’s health and hygiene or sanitation. So a healthy man can enjoy his life in every way. An unhealthy man leaves a most miserable life eventhough he possesses intelligence, wealth and qualification. Health includes: Physical health When the body is free of physical diseases or abnormality , it is physical health. Mental health It is a state without stress, tension, worry negative thoughts etc. This is mental health . Emotional health A balanced state of lack of anger, greed,pride, hate etc. This is emotional health. Community health It is the art and science of maintaining protecting and improving people’s health true organised community efforts. Spiritual health Living within oneself with uniformity and harmony is spiritual health . Hygiene helps to reduce the needs for medical health. If you take proper care of your health and your surroundings,you can socialize with more confidence. If a person strictly follow the health and hygiene tips he can enjoy a happy and wealthy life.
